We team up with the pros - think UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS - to make sure your AOVITAO tea arrives safely. While we can't control every step of the journey and guarantee those exact times they'll ring your doorbell, we do everything we can to make it snappy.

AOVITAO Goes Global?

Absolutely, we do!  we've got a range of shipping options to make sure your tea is a globe-trotter.

Oops, Wrong Address?

We've all been there! Typically, we send your package to the address you gave us when you ordered. But if you need to make a change, reach out, and we'll bend over backward to help you out.

Order Shipping Timeline?

We get cracking on your order as soon as you say "yes" to AOVITAO. We'll have it on its way to you within 3-7 business days. 

Counting the Days:?

For the eager beavers, our Prior Delivery will have your dress twirling at your door in 3-7 business days. If you're more of a 'good things take time' person, our Standard Delivery will have it to you in 8-15 business days. Keep in mind, this doesn't include the 1-2 business days we need to pack up your order. And hey, if you're shopping during our mega sales like Black Friday, bear with us for any little delays - we're on it, promise!

Shipping Fees? Nope, Not Always!

Get this - if you treat yourself to $50 or more of our AOVITAO teas, the shipping's on us. That's right, free!

Most of our ready-to-ship tea start their journey in the US and will be with you in about 3-10 business days. Some of our tea might take a scenic route from our factories in China and India, which means they'll be in your arms in 6-18 business days. We've handpicked our manufacturing partners across the globe to make sure you're getting nothing but the best.
